Romy is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and Life Coach. For the past several years, She's dedicated her work to helping people transform their lives through personal development, spirituality, health, yoga and fitness. She helps people achieve personal/business goals, create & find purpose, break bad habits, strengthen their spirituality, build strong foundational habits & routines and heal past traumas through her coaching programs and spiritual retreats.
